Snake Table

Mesquite Wood; Glass

29"L   x   19"H   x    28"W

This single piece of ancient wood was formed into a diamondback rattlesnake. A natural void at the snake head is where it picked up the nickname of "Ol' One-Eye". Numerous "critter holes" embellish the wood, enhancing its natural character. Strong contrast has been provided between the polished reptile, and rusticated background finish. A glass plate was added as a wear surface for functional table use.
