This piece is one of several "portabello" stools, intended for use as a seat or foot prop. The wood base is formed to support a good deal of weight. The ceramic tile top utilizes several different color tiles to mimic a natural textural contrast found in nature. BTW, I know I am not spelling the mushroom correctly.
